The Smoking Guns sauce uses Ghost Peppers instead of Habanero peppers; ghost peppers are widely known as one of the hottest peppers out there. Mandy calls this one the Smoking Guns because she cooks the Ghost peppers over an open flame, which is great for bringing out their natural flavor and also gives them a wonderful smokiness that she thinks you will just love. Don’t be fooled: This is the hottest of her sauces, but as always, she will never sacrifice good flavor.
