This sauce from Mandy's Mood Foods in Madison, WI is made with Habanero peppers but uses some wonderful honey straight from the great folks over at Gentle Breeze Honey in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin. It is the sweetest of her sauces, but still packs a heck of a punch.
